Product Overview
Carbide nozzle, also known as cemented carbide nozzle, is a high-performance precision component made of premium cemented carbide material, widely used in various industrial fields that require high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high-pressure resistance. It is mainly used for spraying, conveying, atomizing and guiding media (such as water, air, oil, abrasive particles, chemicals), playing a key role in ensuring stable medium flow, improving work efficiency and extending equipment service life. Our carbide nozzles are manufactured through advanced powder metallurgy technology and precision machining processes, with uniform material structure, precise dimensional tolerance, smooth inner wall and excellent overall performance. They are widely applied in sandblasting equipment, spraying machinery, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries.
Key Features
-
Superior Wear Resistance: Made of high-purity cemented carbide (WC-Co), with hardness up to HRA 90-94 and density of 14.5-15.0g/cm³, which is 5-10 times more wear-resistant than steel nozzles, effectively resisting abrasion caused by high-speed fluid and abrasive particles, greatly extending service life.
-
Excellent Corrosion & High-Temperature Resistance: Has strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media corrosion, and can work stably in high-temperature environments (up to 600℃), without deformation or damage, suitable for harsh industrial working conditions.
-
Precision Machining & Smooth Flow: The inner and outer surfaces are processed by high-precision grinding and polishing equipment, with smooth inner wall (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm), no burrs, ensuring uniform medium flow, reducing pressure loss and improving atomization or conveying effect.
-
High Pressure Resistance: The compact structure of cemented carbide gives the nozzle excellent pressure-bearing capacity, which can withstand high pressure up to 50-200MPa, without leakage or burst, ensuring safe and stable operation.
-
Multiple Types & Customization: Available in various shapes, sizes and spray angles, including straight-through type, tapered type, atomizing type, fan-shaped type, etc.; can customize specifications (inner diameter, outer diameter, length, spray angle) according to customer specific application needs.
-
Stable Performance & Cost-Effective: The material structure is uniform, with no defects such as pores and cracks, ensuring consistent performance of each nozzle; long service life reduces the frequency of nozzle replacement, lowers maintenance costs and improves production efficiency.

2. Usage Notes
-
Before installation, check whether the nozzle surface is intact (no scratches, cracks) and the inner wall is smooth; clean the installation interface to avoid impurities affecting the sealing performance.
-
Install the nozzle firmly according to the equipment requirements, ensure good sealing, avoid leakage of medium caused by loose installation under high pressure.
-
Select the appropriate nozzle type and specification according to the medium type, pressure and working requirements; do not use nozzles beyond the pressure and temperature range to prevent damage.
-
During use, regularly clean the nozzle inner wall to remove accumulated impurities and avoid clogging, which will affect the flow and spray effect; use soft tools for cleaning to avoid scratching the inner wall.
-
Avoid collision and falling of the nozzle during transportation and use, as carbide is brittle and easy to break or chip when subjected to strong impact.
-
Store the unused nozzles in a dry, clean and ventilated place, avoid contact with corrosive media, and prevent rust or material damage.
