Drillstar Tools will showcase a range of advanced machine tools and cutting tools, including:

– Broaching Machines: These are high-efficiency machine tools that use broaches to machine through holes, planes, and shaped surfaces of workpieces. They achieve high-precision machining, are suitable for mass production, and can meet the precision machining needs of various industries.

– Deep Hole Drilling Machine: Utilizing specific drilling techniques, such as gun drills and BTA drills, this machine performs drilling on deep holes with an aspect ratio greater than 10 and on precision shallow holes. Representing advanced and efficient hole machining technology, it boasts high precision, high efficiency, and high consistency, achieving precision machining results in a single pass and capable of machining various complex deep holes.

– Gantry Machining Machine: Possessing powerful machining capabilities, this machine is suitable for various machining processes such as milling, boring, and drilling of large parts. It ensures the machining accuracy and surface quality of large workpieces and plays a vital role in aerospace, shipbuilding, and other fields.

– Boring Machine: Primarily used for precision machining of holes in workpieces, it ensures the dimensional, shape, and positional accuracy of holes. It is an indispensable machining equipment in industries such as machinery manufacturing and automotive manufacturing.

In addition, we will showcase various types of deep hole cutting tools, such as BTA, indexable gun drills, welded gun drills, and solid carbide gun drills. These tools utilize advanced materials and manufacturing processes, possessing excellent cutting performance and durability, and can meet the deep hole machining needs of different materials and processing requirements. – BTA Deep Hole Drill: This is an internal chip removal deep hole drill. Its working principle involves cutting fluid being introduced through the gap between the drill rod and the hole wall, using the pressure of the cutting fluid to expel chips from the inner hole of the drill rod. The inserts have double-sided staggered teeth and are equipped with guide blocks, providing good guidance during drilling and preventing deflection. The drilled deep holes have good straightness, achieving machining accuracy of IT7-IT10 and a surface roughness of Ra3.2-1.6μm. It is commonly used in deep hole machining in aerospace, automotive, and other industries.

– Indexable Gun Drill: This is a tool specifically designed for deep hole machining; it typically consists of a tool holder and replaceable carbide inserts. The inserts are fixed to the tool holder by screws or other means, requiring no grinding and facilitating easy replacement of inserts and guides.

– High Precision: Utilizing advanced manufacturing processes, it ensures the straightness and parallelism of the drilled holes, maintaining excellent straightness and cylindricity even in deep hole machining with large length-to-diameter ratios.

– High Wear Resistance: Made with high-quality cemented carbide and a special coating, it maintains excellent cutting performance even with high-strength and high-hardness materials.

– High-Efficiency Chip Removal: Optimized blade geometry and chip flutes generate narrow, easily evacuated chips. Combined with a good cooling system, it effectively removes heat and debris, improving machining stability.

– Welded Gun Drill: The drill tip, drill rod, and drill shank are welded together as a single unit. The drill bit is typically made of solid cemented carbide, with the tip brazed to the heat-treated drill rod, and then brazed to a precision-ground steel drill shank. It offers high hole-making accuracy, good economy, and high cutting stability. It can be re-sharpened multiple times, and tool lengths can be customized according to customer requirements. It is suitable for gun drilling machines, machining centers, and other equipment. Welded double-edged gun drills are suitable for machining materials with easily broken chips, offer high drilling speeds, and are commonly used in the machining of cast iron products.

– Solid Carbide Gun Drills: Made of high-quality cemented carbide, these drills boast extremely high hardness and excellent heat and wear resistance, making them particularly suitable for deep hole drilling of difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys. Through optimized cutting edge design and geometry, they reduce cutting forces and vibration, improving machining efficiency and surface finish. Special coating technology further enhances wear resistance and extends service life. Furthermore, the strict manufacturing tolerances of solid carbide gun drills ensure consistent and precise results in every machining operation, making them suitable for machining various materials and widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and other fields.
