By welding Stellite alloy wear-resistant strips onto the surface of the screen plates as reinforcing ribs, the service life of the screen plates can be significantly extended, the frequency of replacements reduced, and production costs lowered. Taking advantage of the excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Stellite alloy, the service life of paper machine screen plates is further improved. Our company can provide customized production of Stellite alloy wear-resistant strips according to customer requirements, with the following product dimensions: length ≤ 400 mm, width 5–20 mm, and thickness 2–5 mm.
